中秋月饼馅——红豆馅
心血来潮就把红豆给泡上了,做了点红豆馅,可能是因为用了破壁机的原因,豆沙被打得很细腻,成品也是很满意,想想今年的中秋月饼肯定能比去年做的好吃!红豆馅当然不只是可以做月饼,平常做千层面饼,或者做面包时都可以用的!
柳州现在的天气平均是27度到35度,所以在厨房里呆着就是在烤火炉,所以我还是把炒豆沙这份艰巨的任务交给了面包机,用面包机的果酱功能完成!虽然时间会长点,但不用在炎炎夏日站在火炉边上,而且还可以分心去做别的事情呢,有面包机的亲们也可以试着做哦,没面包机就辛苦点自己炒啦!

Steps to make 中秋月饼馅——红豆馅

  • 1.准备材料,红豆要提前泡水一天,期间换水两三次以免气温高使红豆变质;
  • 2.把泡好的红豆加适量水进锅里煮开,小火煮半小时至软烂(因为泡得比较久,煮了半小时就已经全烂了)
  • 3.把煮好的豆捞出来倒进破壁机,只带少许煮豆的水,用料理棒协助打至细腻
  • 4.打好的红豆沙非常细腻
  • 5.把红豆沙倒进面包桶里,可以把油和糖全部倒进去,或者先倒一半的油和糖,再根据自己的口味添加,把面包桶装到面包机里,选择果酱程序
  • 6.时间是用了大约一个半的程序,一个多小时,一个程序到最后20分钟机器不搅拌时我结束程序,再开了果酱程序的,不用等第二次程序结束的,看豆沙的状态是不是不粘勺能完全抱团,期间记得用硅胶刮刀去拌一下,以免面包机空转!
