Steps to make 苏式月饼

  • 1.将水油皮的材料混合,揉成面团,静置20分钟。
  • 2.再将油酥皮的材料混合,静置15分钟。
  • 3.把水油皮面团和油酥皮面团都分成16份。
  • 4.取一个水油皮小面团,按扁。
  • 5.放入一个油酥小面团。
  • 6.包好,做了广式月饼,包馅特有感觉了,哈哈……
  • 7.然后将封口朝下,将面团擀成椭圆形。
  • 8.从上往下折三分之一,然后再从下往上折三分之一。后来我都是直接卷起来了的。
  • 9.将卷好的面团封口朝下,纵向擀长。
  • 10.卷起。
  • 11.将面团立起来,俺扁成一个圆形,将馅料放入。
  • 12.包好,封口朝下。
  • 13.烤箱200度预热(我根据自己家的烤箱情况调整到160度)。在饼坯上刷上蛋黄液。
  • 14.擀面杖的一头蘸湿,蘸上芝麻,再轻轻按在饼坯上,我这次做了两中馅,为了区分,红豆沙馅的就粘上黑芝麻,莲蓉馅的就粘上白芝麻。装饰好了,入烤箱烘烤25分钟左右。
