这道菜是我家过年时候的保留菜,一次可以多做点,一般都以冷盘菜食用,这次把蛋液里加入了胡萝卜汁,使得营养更加均衡,味道非常的鲜美,是一道老少皆宜的美味菜肴

  • 马蹄80克
  • 料酒20毫升
  • 鲜酱油30毫升

Steps to make 胡萝卜鲜肉蛋卷

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.马蹄去皮洗净,准备猪肉末
  • 3.把马蹄拍碎后加入猪肉末一起,加入盐,料酒,鲜酱油按顺时针方向搅拌有粘性
  • 4.胡萝卜去皮后榨汁
  • 5.先把鸡蛋嗑入碗中再把胡萝卜汁倒入一起搅拌至细腻
  • 6.不粘锅抹上少许油
  • 7.用小火加入一勺蛋液
  • 8.做成蛋皮,依次全部做好
  • 9.取一张蛋皮加入搅拌好的馅料
  • 10.卷起成蛋卷
  • 11.冷水上锅蒸45分钟即可出锅
  • 12.待凉凉后切片即可享用
