    • 1.藕盒材料图
    • 2.面糊材料图
    • 3.香菇下开水锅吊水
    • 4.吊好水的香菇切小丁备用
    • 5.葱姜切末放进五花肉馅中
    • 6.肉馅中依次加入老抽 香油 盐 味精调味料
    • 7.顺时针搅拌肉馅上劲后放进香菇丁
    • 8.再次搅拌上劲
    • 9.藕切成鱼嘴状放进冷水中浸泡一下
    • 10.制作面糊,面粉中加适量淀粉,少许盐
    • 11.打进两个鸡蛋,加适量水
    • 12.搅拌均匀备用
    • 13.切好的藕夹,用筷子把搅拌好的肉馅轻轻抹进去
    • 14.照样抹好所有藕夹
    • 15.把抹好肉馅的藕夹,放进面糊里滚一下
    • 16.放进预热好的油锅里小火炸熟即可
