即食奶酪冻
​  奶酪是营养价值相当高的食物,我家的宝贝儿非常喜欢吃奶酪。但是奶酪好贵啊,还好我学会了自制奶酪,不会的小伙伴可以到我的主页查找《自制奶酪》观看做法。我自制奶酪当然是为了给我家嚷嚷着还要过六一的大宝贝儿做零食——即食奶酪冻!
  今天这款奶酪冻也是很好做的哟,奶酪+牛奶+吉利丁,这是三样主食材,再调下味道就好了,与果冻的做法相似,只是口感要相对扎实些。如果插上小棍儿,就变身成小朋友超爱的奶酪棒了。这个六一,要不要给你的宝贝儿做一份?

  • 牛奶250毫升
  • 自制奶酪100克(或市售奶酪片5片)
  • 吉利丁粉16克
  • 白砂糖20克

Steps to make 即食奶酪冻

  • 1.吉利丁粉加入自身5倍量牛奶,略微搅拌一下静置约10分钟,让吉利丁粉吸饱水分,以便更好地溶化。如果是吉利丁片,用量不变,不用牛奶泡而是先用冰水泡软。
  • 2.剩下的牛奶放入容器,加糖。
  • 3.加入自制奶酪,搅拌均匀后隔水加热,使糖和奶酪溶于牛奶中。如果用市售奶酪片的话,需要5片奶酪片,撕碎加入牛奶中,隔水加热并搅拌使它溶于牛奶。
  • 4.奶酪和糖都溶解后关火,继续搅拌使之、降温,降到55~60℃。
  • 5.加入吸饱水并膨胀开来的吉利丁,搅拌使之溶于奶酪液中。如果是吉利丁片,把泡软的吉利丁片挤干水分放入60℃奶酪液中溶化。
  • 6.用筛网过滤掉杂质,使奶酪液更细腻。
  • 7.倒入硅胶模具(硅胶模比较容易脱模)9分满,送入冰箱冷藏4小时以上。
  • 8.奶酪冻做好了,咱家还要过六一的大宝贝说很好吃!
  • 9.奶酪棒也是棒棒的!
