Steps to make 剁椒鸡腿蒸芋头

  • 1.剁成小块的鸡腿中放入适量的盐,姜片、料酒和蚝油;
  • 2. 搅拌均匀腌制一、二个小时;
  • 3. 切成小块的芋头放入盐和五香粉和胡椒粉,搅拌均匀, 腌制一个小时;
  • 4. 再放入米粉拌匀,拌好的芋头平铺在盘底;
  • 5. 再将腌制好的鸡腿码放在芋头的表面上;
  • 6. 再在上面放上剁椒;
  • 7. 放入高压锅中,上汽后转为小火, 10分钟,拿出来后撒些小葱末即可;
  • 8.热腾腾的端上桌, 吃时也可以拌均匀。
