面茶
北京的小吃《面茶》好吃又简单,作为早餐还含有一定的热量,喝一碗一天都精神,呵呵!

过去老北京人喝面茶还挺有讲究的,端起碗来不用筷子不用勺儿,还趁着烫劲儿,沿着碗沿转着圈儿的往嘴里吸溜儿,呵呵!我是搅合搅合用勺儿舀着吃,看着人家吸溜儿,就听那声儿和再看那劲儿,感觉有点儿散德行,呵呵!您别说,这还就是一种吃法的传统,也是北京特有的吸溜儿文化。

《面茶》北京的大人小孩儿都爱吃,吃这种东西不分阶层,下至拉排子车蹬三轮儿的上至大学教授,都凑在一块儿在那儿吸溜儿,看着挺有意思的!过去,我嫌早点铺子里咂咂声太大,一般都在家里做着吃。现在大家文明了,很难再听到那种令人厌烦的从口腔里发出来的咂咂声!

《面茶》别看简单营养价值并不低,油脂碳水化合物维生素粗纤维它都占全了,偶尔吃次还挺香,吃完了咂嘛咂嘛滋味儿还能吸引你下次来,呵呵!

Steps to make 面茶

  • 1.面茶的全部食材。芝麻酱先用香油澥好备用。
  • 2.小米面用凉水搅匀。
  • 3.锅上火注入凉水。
  • 4.下入用凉水搅匀的小米面糊。
  • 5.打开火用勺不断的搅拌。
  • 6.开锅后小火熬制。
  • 7.面糊浓稠时便可关火。
  • 8.面糊盛入碗中。
  • 9.浇上澥好的芝麻酱,再洒上芝麻盐,接下来您便可以端起碗来开始沿着碗边儿吸溜儿了 ,呵呵!味道还可以,这就是老北京的《面茶》。
