    Steps to make 四喜蒸饺

    • 1.将面粉加一点点盐、沸水揉成光滑的烫面团醒发二十分钟左右。
    • 2.肉馅加鸡蛋、料酒、酱油搅打上劲后加葱姜末。
    • 3.准备熟豌豆、熟玉米粒、木耳末、火腿粒。
    • 4.将醒好的面团分成小剂,擀成薄面皮。
    • 5.包入肉馅。
    • 6.中间对捏。
    • 7.再将另一端对捏。
    • 8.分别填上不同的馅料。
    • 9.锅中水烧热,放入胡萝卜垫底后放入蒸饺。
    • 10.蒸好后出锅食用。
