轻芝士蛋糕
这个得到了小朋友肯定的蛋糕,其实是芝士蛋糕,6寸的量,若用8寸的模具翻倍即可,在中间圆圈处筛上了防潮可可粉,第一眼看上去真的很像提拉米苏,甜中有苦,苦中又带着甜,原来可以这般美味,入口即化,唇齿留香。

  • 牛奶50克

Steps to make 轻芝士蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料,将蛋黄和蛋清分离。
  • 2.软化奶油奶酪后,分三次加入蛋黄。
  • 3. 每次加入蛋黄后都都用打蛋器贴合碗壁搅拌,直到加完所有蛋黄。
  • 4. 倒入牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 5.黄油放入微波炉中或者隔水融化,加入蛋黄奶酪糊中,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉,切拌均匀。
  • 7.在蛋清中分三次加入糖粉,低速打发,直至蛋白越来越细腻,提起一个小弯勾。
  • 8.分次将蛋白霜加入到蛋黄奶酪糊中,切拌均匀。
  • 9.将混合后的奶酪糊全部倒入蛋白霜中。
  • 10.切拌均匀。
  • 11.给模具轻轻的涂一层黄油,再用厨房纸吸去多余的残留。
  • 12.蛋糕糊倒入模具,震去大气泡,用水浴的方法,烤盘里倒入一半的温水。
  • 13.放入提前预热好的烤箱,145度1小时。
  • 14.蛋糕出炉后,晾凉后蛋糕会自然回缩,脱离模具,然后在中心圆圈处,筛上可可粉。
  • 15.入口即化,甜中带有一丝苦,苦中又有甜。
