  • 黄冰糖750g

Steps to make 青梅酒

  • 1.准备三斤青梅,挑选出坏了有外伤的,留下完好的备用。
  • 2.两青梅用清水和小苏打清洗干净,去掉果蒂。
  • 3.用浓盐水泡2个小时杀青。
  • 4.泡好的青梅用清水洗净,摊开晾干表面没有水。
  • 5.准备酒和冰糖,青梅:酒:冰糖=1:1:0.5,冰糖提前砸碎一点。
  • 6.将容器用高度白酒清洗干净,放入青梅和冰糖,最后倒入白酒,盖好盖子密封放在阴凉通风处,等待一年(最少半年)就可以喝了!
  • 7.去年泡的超级好喝!!!!
