Steps to make 鲜贝蒸水蛋

  • 1.白贝洗干净,沥干水分后备用;
  • 2.将白贝和紫苏放入锅里,加适量清水,煮至白贝开壳;
  • 3.把白贝捞出后摆盘,侧摆;
  • 4.把鸡蛋加适量温水打散后,将表面的气泡用羹全部捞出来;
  • 5.鸡蛋液均匀的淋到白贝的碗里;
  • 6.放入蒸烤箱(蒸汽-温度100度-时间15分钟);
  • 7.蒸好后 加入适量的生抽。
