最后几十颗冰冻蓝莓,做了这个心仪已久的芝士蛋糕条,还是前几个月囤的几盒,做各种烘焙的时候总喜欢丢一点,营养美味的蓝莓,不仅味道酸甜惹人爱,营养价值也非常高,具有最强的抗氧化以及增强记忆力的能力,蓝莓中的花青素可促进视网膜细胞中视紫质的再生成,可预防重度近视及视网膜剥离,并可增进视力”。同时更有加速视紫质朴(Visualpurple)再生的能力,而视紫质朴正是良好视力不可或缺的东西。
所以说最后一点蓝莓真的不能浪费,我用了芝士蛋糕来搭配,利用蒸烤的方式即不会破坏蓝莓的营养,同时因为蓝莓的点缀蛋糕的口感更加的丰富而且漂亮。
蛋糕做好放在冰箱冷藏的时候我家儿子偷偷的跑去揪掉一块吃,我还没照像呢,给我心疼的呀,还好切成条也是一样的美丽,把破坏掉的那一条就直接给儿子了,人家吃的乐哈哈的,直呼:妈妈太好吃了,我还要吃!
蛋糕底用了消化饼干,饼干本身就腻,所以我混合的时候没用黄油,而是用自制的酸奶拌的,这样吃着很美味、细腻柔软的芝士入口即化,夹杂着的爆桨蓝莓就是锦上添花,好吃极啦!

  • 奶酪芝士125G
  • 酸奶130G
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 黄油30G
  • 消化饼干130G
  • 白糖70G
  • 柠檬汁10ML
  • 蛋糕粉50G
  • 玉米淀粉20G

Steps to make 蓝莓芝士条

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料
  • 2.消化饼干用压铲压碎+30G自制稠酸奶混合
  • 3.把拌好的饼干碎压在蛋糕模底部,为了让蛋糕更容易取出最后在模具上垫上油纸,然后放冰箱冷藏
  • 4.奶油芝士+黄油隔热水加热至溶化
  • 5.软化的奶酪和黄油搅拌至细腻无颗粒状态
  • 6.再加入100G自制稠酸奶搅拌均匀
  • 7.鸡蛋分清蛋黄与蛋白,蛋黄一个个的加入酸奶奶酪中搅拌均匀
  • 8.一共加入四个蛋黄后搅拌好的样子
  • 9.蛋糕粉和生粉混合过筛后加入
  • 10.用刮板自下而上的翻拌混合至无颗粒可流动的奶酪面糊,然后放冰箱冷藏保存
  • 11.鸡蛋清分2次加入白糖打至湿性发泡
  • 12.取一半的蛋白泡与奶酪面糊混合
  • 13.再加入余下的蛋白泡
  • 14.混合成细腻的奶酪蛋糕糊
  • 15.把蛋糕模从冰箱取出,蛋糕糊倒在饼干碎上面,最后点缀上蓝莓
  • 16.入150度的烤箱,水浴法烤1小时(烤盘放倒数二层装水,蛋糕模直接放烤盘上)
  • 17.烤好后蛋糕自然放凉
  • 18.入冰箱冷藏几小时切成条状即可。
