Steps to make 兔子枣花馍

  • 1.把主料放入美遇厨师机里,先低档混合均匀,然后用1档搅拌5分钟。
  • 2.取出面团整理成光滑状。
  • 3.分成8个剂子。
  • 4.取一个剂子,搓成约20cm的长条。
  • 5.两边压扁,分别从中间切开,一边压出纹理做成兔子的前爪,一边做成耳朵,耳朵的一边稍微长一点。如图所示。
  • 6.红枣放在爪子上方。
  • 7.把面团先包着红枣卷过来,然后再折上去,如图所示。
  • 8.黑豆安两旁做眼睛。
  • 9.剪出尾巴、后爪子和嘴巴,生坯就做好了。
  • 10.依次做好后放蒸盘发酵至2倍大。
  • 11.发酵好的生坯放入美遇蒸烤箱中,选择纯蒸模式,100度蒸18分钟即可。
