Steps to make 黑芝麻蛋白薄脆饼

  • 1.黄油室温下软化,加入糖粉搅拌至颜色变浅。
  • 2.分三次加入蛋白,每次都要充分搅拌后再加入。
  • 3.倒入过筛后的低筋面粉拌匀,再加入适量黑芝麻拌匀即可。
  • 4.把面糊倒在垫有油纸的烤盘上,用塑料刮刀抹平刮薄。
  • 5.放入预热好的烤箱,上下火170度,烘烤10分钟,至表面色泽金黄即可。
  • 6.出炉后切成方形小块即可食用。
