南瓜饼
南瓜营养很丰富,但我却很少买,不知道是不喜欢其味道还是口感,总之一年到头也吃上不上几次。
前几天,老妈送来一个南瓜,吃了一半,还剩一半就搁冰箱里了。放了好几天都没想去做,后来觉得放坏了也怪可惜的,所以就想到做南瓜饼。
南瓜饼以前在饭店经常吃到,味道和口感很不错,虽然自己没做过,但还是想尝试一下。
做南瓜饼需要面包糠,可家里没有,没关系,正好头天做了土司,切了几片很快做成。一看“红豆沙”也没有,不过可以用前段时间做的“黑芝麻汤圆馅”代替,于是,把所有食材准备好,开始做开了。
说实话,在做的过程中没有想象中的那么简单。一开始面和的有点干,做了几个都裂开露馅,于是又往面团里加水,和得稍微软点,这才搞定。
等把南瓜饼炸好吃到嘴里时,感觉比卖的还好吃。饼的外皮酥脆软糯,馅里香甜可口,忍不住吃了好几个。
看来,只要改变做法,也能将不喜欢的食材变得如此爱不释口!

  • 南瓜泥300g
  • 糯米粉200g
  • 面包糠一份
  • 吐司6片
  • 绵白糖10g

Steps to make 南瓜饼

  • 1.吐司切好片后,把边缘去掉
  • 2.切成小方块均匀放入烤盘中
  • 3.烤箱150度预热烤15分钟左右。中途翻动一下
  • 4.烤好后拿出放凉
  • 5.放凉后,把吐司块放入保鲜袋里,用擀面杖来回擀压
  • 6.擀碎后过筛
  • 7.面包糠完成
  • 8.将南瓜洗净去皮、切块放入蒸锅蒸制
  • 9.南瓜蒸软烂后用饭勺压碎
  • 10.放入糯米粉和糖和面,如果有点干可以适量加点水
  • 11.和好的面团
  • 12.分一部分出来搓成长条,再切小快(还没用的面团最好用保鲜膜盖好)
  • 13.拿一块剂子按扁后把馅放进去(馅不能贪多)
  • 14.像包汤圆一样把它搓圆
  • 15.再用手轻轻按扁成饼状
  • 16.把饼面用水打湿,放到面包糠里滚一圈
  • 17.做好后放入盘中备用
  • 18.盆中倒入植物油,油温烧到,将筷子放进油里冒小泡即可,把饼炸至两面金黄捞出,放到吸油纸上,把多余的油份吸掉
  • 19.稍凉后即可享用啦
