干锅大虾
今年养殖虾比较便宜,做一道当前流行的干锅大虾。我根据我家口味,做的微辣。没放干辣椒,郫县豆瓣酱的辣味就足够了。如果喜欢辣味,可以放干辣椒炝锅。

    Steps to make 干锅大虾

    • 1.主要原料。
    • 2.土豆切条,莲藕切条,放油锅炸到略微焦黄捞出备用。
    • 3.芹菜切段,过油备用。
    • 4.洋葱切丝备用。
    • 5.鲜虾去除 虾须虾脚,开背去除虾线,过油备用。
    • 6.烧热油,放花椒炸香(不能炸糊)。
    • 7.放郫县豆瓣酱,欣和豆瓣酱。炒香。
    • 8.放料酒,生抽,白糖,少许水。炒匀。
    • 9.放入大虾,土豆,莲藕,芹菜翻炒入味。
    • 10.出锅前放入洋葱丝炒匀即可。
    • 11.干锅大虾。
