【蒜香麻辣烤鱼】---烤箱也可以做菜
在结婚前我很喜欢吃烧烤类的东西,1个星期最少2次。后来有宝宝了,怕不卫生就没有去吃过了。一直到去年入手了一个烤箱,自己也学着做烤鱼。用烤箱做出来的就不怕有烟毒了,而且也比外面卫生多了。只不过要有充分的时间来做,想吃可以试试哦味道不必外面的差哦。

  • 大蒜1朵
  • 花椒粉少许
  • 辣椒粉少许
  • 料酒1汤勺
  • 蒸鱼鼓油一汤勺
  • 调和油1汤勺
  • 日式沙拉汁2汤勺

Steps to make 【蒜香麻辣烤鱼】---烤箱也可以做菜

  • 1.材料:鲜提鱼6条 大蒜1朵 调料: 料酒1汤勺 调和油1汤勺 蒸鱼鼓油一汤勺 日式沙拉汁2汤勺 盐适量 花椒粉少许 辣椒粉少许
  • 2.倒入一汤勺蒸鱼鼓油(鱼是提前杀好的所以没有步骤图)
  • 3.倒入1汤勺料酒
  • 4.倒入适量的盐(别太多了)
  • 5.倒入1汤勺沙拉汁,腌1个小时
  • 6.拨开大蒜切好备用
  • 7.锡纸铺在烤盘上,刷好油
  • 8.撒入一半蒜片、
  • 9.放入腌好的小鱼,在刷一遍沙拉汁(要是怕不够咸可以再少量的刷一些盐)
  • 10.在撒入剩下的蒜片,烤箱预热200度中层烤10分钟以后转165度在烤25分钟
  • 11.趁热刷上花椒粉和辣椒粉(喜欢重口味的多刷几道)
