湘西泡菜之腌大蒜
最近胃口不咋地,我在阳台种了些大蒜,正好摘了来腌着吃。早上吃点馒头,就着腌大蒜,味道还不错啊!

    • 1.大蒜八颗,我自己种在阳台上的,还不错吧!
    • 2.大蒜头切成细丝,蒜叶切成小片。
    • 3.准备一些辣椒粉,依个人口味,我喜欢吃辣一些的。
    • 4.锅内加油,油要稍多点。烧热,一定要加热到冒青烟,倒入到辣椒粉碗内。搅拌均匀。
    • 5.切好的大蒜大盆装好,把调好的辣椒粉,适量的盐,鸡精,香油,生抽,放内盆内搅拌均匀。
    • 6.大功告成,很简单吧!
