Steps to make 葱油爆白虾

  • 1.原料图。姜蒜切片,一段葱切段。
  • 2.锅里放油,把两段大葱剖开,放入慢慢炸焦。一定要焦了葱油味才重。
  • 3.葱捞出来控干油,扔掉,把虾洗净沥干后,放进去大火炸变白。捞出,重复炸一次。捞出沥干油备用。
  • 4.锅里的油全部倒掉,沾在锅上的油就够了。爆香姜蒜片和葱段。
  • 5.放入虾,一汤匙蒸鱼豉油,炒均匀。
  • 6.虾有点豉油的颜色即可出锅。
