赤小豆莲藕汤
早上送完小孩去超市,看到莲藕特价,很新鲜,想着很久没喝莲藕汤了,就买了几节,煲个汤,煲完汤的藕又可以当个菜,一举两得。
莲藕煮熟具有滋阴补血,健脾益胃的功效。赤小豆利尿祛湿,清热解毒。陈皮理气健胃,化痰止咳。

  • 猪扇骨600g
  • 蜜枣3颗
  • 陈皮1个

Steps to make 赤小豆莲藕汤

  • 1.主要材料。
  • 2.赤小豆泡洗干净。(我一般会泡30分钟,怕有防腐剂啥的。)。
  • 3.莲藕去皮切小块。
  • 4.陈皮用热水泡软,刮去白膜。据说白膜躁热。
  • 5.扇骨飞水,洗去浮沫。
  • 6.把所有材料放入汤锅,注入适量的水,大火煮开10分钟,转小火煲2个小时。
  • 7.煲好后,用隔油勺撇去肥油。
  • 8.放盐调味即可。(我家老火汤一般不放盐,因为汤很清甜。)
  • 9.健脾胃,补气血,清热祛湿。
