老虎菜
老虎菜的由来最有名的是和军阀张作霖有关的一个传说。张作霖与人发生了冲突,导致心情不好,什么饭菜入口都没有胃口。府上的厨子思前想后做出了这一道菜,张作霖的外号是“东北虎”,老虎菜因此得名。

还有个传说是:东北一儿媳妇不会做家务事,做菜更是不会。有一天婆婆让儿媳妇做自己的一道拿手菜,儿媳妇什么都不会,但是又不能不做,于是把黄瓜、大葱、辣椒、香菜等洗净切丝后胡乱拌在一起放些调料。婆婆看后感叹到“媳妇,你可真虎啊。”东北方言中虎指人缺心眼,因此有了这道老虎菜。

老虎菜是一道东北菜,特点是鲜辣爽脆,主要原料是葱、香菜、黄瓜、辣椒。这些原料都是人们餐桌上经常见的一些原料,但是它们含有多种维生素和其他的营养。

  • 6.把碗里调好的油倒入盆中,放盐,醋。酱油,鸡精,戴上一次性手套将其抓拌均匀。
