香酥藕夹

Steps to make 香酥藕夹

  • 1.肉馅中加入葱姜 盐 鸡精 生抽,搅打上劲。
  • 2. 莲藕洗净,去皮。
  • 3.将藕切成中间不断的藕夹。
  • 4.在藕夹中夹上肉馅,逐个做完放入盘中。
  • 5.面粉和淀粉 1;1比例,再加入2克泡打粉,加入适量的清水搅拌均匀后加入鸡蛋搅拌成煎炸糊。
  • 6.将藕夹裹上面煎炸糊。
  • 7.入热油锅煎炸定型色泽微黄。
  • 8.再复炸成两面金黄即可。
