Steps to make 芒果慕斯蛋糕(生日蛋糕)

  • 1.准备好所有材料,蛋白和蛋黄分别放在无水无油干净的容器里,蛋黄用手动打蛋器打散后放入糖搅拌,再放入油 奶搅拌后筛入低粉搅拌,放好备用(这些步骤忘了拍照)
  • 2.鸡蛋没有放冰箱,所有蛋清我用冰水隔着打发比较容易。蛋清滴鸡滴柠檬汁用打蛋器打发到鱼眼泡放入1/3糖,然后分2次加入糖,把蛋清打发到起直角,就可以
  • 3.把1/3的蛋白清放到蛋黄糊里从底往上搅拌均匀,再把蛋黄糊倒到蛋白糊里从底往上搅拌均匀,然后倒入蛋糕模里,震几下,放入预热好的烤箱,170度 30分钟 烤好蛋糕倒扣放凉脱模
  • 4.把蛋糕分成3片
  • 5.准备好材料
  • 6.把芒果用搅拌机打融
  • 7.泡软吉利丁片
  • 8.加入糖,放锅里加热把糖融化
  • 9.沥干吉利丁片放入融化,做成芒果酱,放凉
  • 10.把奶油隔冰打发,到尚可流动状态,加入芒果酱,搅拌均匀
  • 11.把蛋糕剪去边边,放入蛋糕模
  • 12.倒入芒果慕斯,铺好水果,再放一层,再倒入慕斯铺水果。
  • 13.弄好后放冰箱冷藏4到6小时
  • 14.用30克菠萝肉搅蓉,隔热水加热放入吉利丁片,直到吉利丁片融化,放凉
  • 15.隔热水,碗里放3大勺果汁加入QQ糖,等QQ谈融化,放凉
  • 16.蛋糕取出,把菠萝酱铺平蛋糕面再放入冰箱冷藏几分钟,取出摆好水果,写好祝语,用吹风筒吹一下,把蛋糕模往下按脱模
  • 17.把QQ糖汁淋再上面,做镜面
