玫瑰白玉糕
玫瑰白玉糕是用新鲜的玫瑰花与新鲜山药蒸制而成;白似如玉、娇媚如花,入口松软、齿间留香~~~

  • 大米粉35克
  • 细砂糖15克
  • 安琪耐高糖酵母1.5克
  • 清水少许

Steps to make 玫瑰白玉糕

  • 1.准备好所需用的原料。
  • 2.将山药洗净后,放入锅中蒸熟。
  • 3.将蒸熟的山药剥去外皮后,趁热压成泥。
  • 4.山药泥中放入细砂糖、酵母、并加入少许清水搅拌匀。
  • 5.放入面粉、大米粉混合拌匀。
  • 6.顺时针方向搅拌成稍稠的面糊,放置温暖处进行一次发酵,时间约为40分钟。
  • 7.将玫瑰花瓣用盐水浸泡20分钟后清洗干净。
  • 8.将洗净并控干水的玫瑰花瓣剪碎。
  • 9.取出发酵好的面糊,放入玫瑰花碎并搅拌匀。
  • 10.装入模具并放到蒸锅中进行二次醒发,时间约为20分钟。醒发完成后,开大火蒸,上汽后10分钟关火再虛蒸2分钟即可取出。
