  • 奶油奶酪120克
  • 鸡蛋液55克
  • 淡奶油25克
  • 可可粉3克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 玉米淀粉8克
  • 朗姆酒3克

Steps to make [香兰世家]小熊芝士蛋糕 萌萌哒

  • 1. 奶油奶酪室温软化后,   如果奶酪没软化好,可隔热水搅拌。
  • 2.加入细砂糖搅拌细腻均匀
  • 3.搅拌均匀后,分次加入鸡蛋液
  • 4.继续搅拌均匀
  • 5.另取一盆,放入玉米淀粉,并加入一勺步骤2面糊,
  • 6.把面糊和玉米淀粉混合均匀
  • 7.然后把步骤2的面糊全部加入步骤3里
  • 8.继续搅拌均匀
  • 9. 搅拌均匀后的面糊,取一勺放一边,用于最后描小熊脸部
  • 10.把可可粉筛入面糊并搅拌均匀
  • 11.此时颗粒比较多
  • 12.可用面粉筛把面糊过滤一遍
  • 13.过滤后的面糊加入朗姆酒并拌匀
  • 14.把淡奶油加入步骤5的面糊里
  • 15.搅拌均匀后
  • 16.装杯约8分满
  • 17.用裱花袋装入前面预留的白色面糊,描出小熊脸部,再用巧克力酱描上眼睛、鼻子和嘴。
  • 18.烘烤 下火170 上火150 约30分钟    烤盘放下层,装热水大半盘,纸杯放烤网上,纸杯不能直接放水里哟
