  • 1.胡萝卜去皮切块。
  • 2.鲜淮山(山药)去皮切块。

  • 6.咸猪骨用水冲一遍。(咸猪骨做法很简单:猪骨飞水,洗净浮沫,用盐腌咸,一次可以多做些,分装冷冻保存。)
  • 7.把胡萝卜,咸猪骨,干贝,蜜枣放入汤锅,注入适量的水,大火烧开,转小火煲30分钟。
  • 8.然后放入节瓜,鲜淮山继续大火煲开,转小火煲30分钟即可。)
  • 9.煲好了。(此汤不需要再放盐,干贝有咸味。)
  • 10.咸鲜好喝,清润下火。
