海盐奶油焦糖酱

Steps to make 海盐奶油焦糖酱

  • 1.奶锅里放入细砂糖和清水,开小火加热至糖融化;
  • 2.糖的颜色在逐渐加深,轻轻晃动锅子,以受热均匀;
  • 3.糖开始边褐色的时候,放入盐;
  • 4.锅子开始沸腾,迅速离火;
  • 5.淡奶油用另一个奶锅加热至锅边微微冒泡;
  • 6.加热后的淡奶油倒入焦糖中,锅子又开始沸腾;
  • 7.搅拌至奶油与焦糖混合均匀;
  • 8.稍微放凉即可装瓶;
