小飞象面包
做一款动物面包哄熊孩子开心,哄熊孩子能顺利的去幼儿园

  • 全蛋液少许
  • 黑巧克力少许

Steps to make 小飞象面包

  • 1.所有的材料放入搅拌缸中,先慢速后中速将面团搅拌至光滑即可,我做的天然酵母比较稀,水是试着加的,具体加了多少,真的没有数了;要控制发酵做造型的面包,水量不要超过65%
  • 2.面团装入保鲜袋放入冰箱冷藏发酵一夜,第二天取出回温
  • 3.回温后的面团分割为6份60克的面团,余下的面团搓成小圆球,盖保鲜膜醒发15分钟左右
  • 4.取2份面团擀开,包入适量的果酱,包紧收口,稍微压扁,收口朝下摆放在烤盘中,小圆球均匀的摆放在面团四周,搓长2个小面团作为向日葵的杆
  • 5.取一个面团擀开,用手整理一下成长方形,放入适量的苹果酱,面团叠起压紧边缘收口,边缘留的大一些,左右2边各切一下,用手向外一拉,成小飞象的耳朵
  • 6.面团摆放在烤盘中,面团搓成小圆球作为小飞象的鼻子,最后一个整成小乌龟的形状,盖保鲜膜室温下醒发30分钟
  • 7.取2份面团擀开,包入适量的果酱,包紧收口,稍微压扁,收口朝下摆放在烤盘中,小圆球均匀的摆放在面团四周,搓长2个小面团作为向日葵的杆
  • 8.烤盘放入已预热到位的烤箱中层,以上管190度,下管180度烘烤15分钟左右,至面团表面上色即可
  • 9.取出烤盘至面包放凉
  • 10.少许的黑巧克力屑隔热水融化
  • 11.融化后的黑巧装入巧克力笔中,在面团表面画上想要的图案,冷风一吹至巧克力凝固,装保鲜袋保存
