汉代张衡在《南都赋》中记载:“春卵夏笋,秋韭冬菁。”其中的“冬菁”说的就是韭菜花。韭花食之能生津开胃,增强食欲,促进消化。韭花富含钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、核黄素、抗坏血酸等有益健康的成分。
