Steps to make 浓醇焦糖味纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料,分蛋,蛋清冷藏备用
  • 2.蛋黄+糖20g捣鼓~
  • 3.+玉米油20g
  • 4.牛奶20g
  • 5.添加低粉45g(原配方55g太多了!!会变成面团)
  • 6.慢慢拌匀放在一边,不要拼命打圈
  • 7.蛋清+柠檬汁几滴开打,鱼眼泡泡+20g糖,打到细腻泡泡+20g糖,高速打发
  • 8.有尖峰不倒即可
  • 9.蛋白和蛋黄糊分批混合,切拌成蛋糕糊倒入模具
  • 10.烤箱中层上下火170℃烤15分钟左右
  • 11.出炉冷却
  • 12.冷透了就可加上喜欢吃的奶油和浇头ˉ﹃ˉ我放的是黑焦糖沙司。你也试试吧~
