Steps to make 咖喱鸡排饭

  • 1.鸡胸肉从中间剖开,划十字花纹
  • 2.加入生粉1勺、黑胡椒粉1勺、盐1勺、蚝油1勺
  • 3.抓匀腌制一下
  • 4.土豆削皮切丁、西红柿切小块、玉米粒备用
  • 5.把土豆丁、玉米粒用开水煮熟捞出
  • 6.备用
  • 7.腌好的鸡肉裹一层蛋液
  • 8.再裹一层面包糠
  • 9.放入油锅小火两面煎黄盛出
  • 10.炒锅留底油,倒入西红柿块炒一下
  • 11.接着倒入土豆丁、玉米粒炒一下
  • 12.加入少许开水
  • 13.加入1勺咖喱粉
  • 14.1勺盐
  • 15.1勺黑胡椒粉
  • 16.煮沸,倒入少许水淀粉勾芡,加入1勺鸡精提鲜,关火
  • 17.蒸熟的米饭盛入碗中用勺子压实
  • 18.倒扣入盘中
  • 19.盛入咖喱酱料,码上鸡排就0k了
