红烧肉丸摆盘成一串葡萄的形状,取其多子多福的寓意,不管是自家用餐还是宴客,绝对都是拿得出手的挣面子大菜。
  肉馅中加入藕碎,做到荤素搭配之外,更是增加了丸子的口感,酸甜的口味,绵软的肉馅,酥脆的藕丁,层次感非常的强。

  • 嫩姜一块
  • 一棵
  • 酱油半勺
  • 冰糖30克
  • 香油少许

Steps to make 多福肉圆

  • 1.藕清洗干净,切成碎
  • 2.嫩姜清洗干净,切成碎
  • 3.猪肉馅加盐、姜末、藕、料酒、蛋清拌匀,然后搅拌、摔打上劲
  • 4.拌好的肉馅挤成丸子
  • 5.奶锅里倒入300克橄榄油,烧至7成热;下入挤好的丸子炸制表面金黄捞出
  • 6.煎炒锅倒入少许橄榄油爆香葱姜,然后倒入盐适量,料酒,醋、酱油,冰糖,少许水,熬成浓稠红亮酸甜的糖醋汁
  • 7.最后倒入炸好的丸子,炒匀,点香油出锅即可
  • 8.完成
