  • 1.面粉加盐和适量水。
  • 2.揉成面团。盖盖子醒面备用。
  • 3.白菜切丝加盐拌匀。
  • 4.白菜变软挤出水分。
  • 5.在案板上剁碎。
  • 6.挤出多余水分备用。
  • 7.肉馅加入盐、酱油、蚝油、料酒、胡椒粉八角粉、味精拌匀(料酒分次加入)
  • 8.切一大块姜蓉加入肉馅拌匀。
  • 9.加入白菜碎、葱花碎、滴香油拌匀备用。
  • 10.擀皮。
  • 11.包饺子
  • 12.水开下饺子,三开即可。
