    Steps to make 沙茶乌冬面

    • 1.*沙茶酱本身带油和咸味,最后底汤根据个人口味加点盐和鸡粉调味;*乌冬面从包装袋取出直接用清水冲洗一下即可,不要用手抖散,易断碎;
    • 2.配料选择自己喜欢的;
    • 3.锅中烧开水,放少许细盐和几滴油,再入乌冬面和菜心煮好后捞出盛入碗中;香菇和肉丸此时也一起煮好备用;
    • 4.沙茶酱和花生酱煸炒出香味;
    • 5.倒入适量的清水(或高汤)煮开,加入鲜虾、香菇、肉丸、豆腐泡同煮;
    • 6.最后连汤带料一起倒入乌冬面碗中,即可。
