【鲁菜】油焖鲈鱼
这个鲈鱼是海里的鲈鱼,因为我们是沿海地区,黄渤海的交界处,一般很少吃河鱼的,而且河鱼的刺多,我们也吃不习惯。

Steps to make 【鲁菜】油焖鲈鱼

  • 1.刚买回来的鲈鱼。
  • 2.把鱼去掉内脏清洗干净。
  • 3.切好的姜丝。
  • 4.切好的葱花。
  • 5.把鱼身切上花刀,以便入味。
  • 6.锅内放入油烧热,放入鲈鱼,两面都煎上油,然后放入高汤或者清水。
  • 7.放入大茴香,花椒,葱姜丝,倒入适量的酱油。
  • 8.烧开以后,慢慢的小火炖半小时左右,中间要不是的翻动,别粘锅。
  • 9.出锅以前撒上鸡精即可。
