咖喱浓汤火锅
上次同学来家里,大家一起吃火锅,吃的超级开心O(∩_∩)O哈哈~这次做了一个咖喱味儿的浓汤火锅,不需要任何的蘸料,光是煮出来的食材味道就很浓郁了呢~

  • 鸡胸肉1块
  • 平菇3朵
  • 金针菇50g
  • 生菜半棵
  • 冬瓜50g
  • 莲藕半根
  • 香肠1根
  • 豆腐泡5g
  • 烤肉料5g
  • 黑胡椒3g
  • 料酒2ml
  • 老抽2g
  • 蚝油2g
  • 食盐2g
  • 苹果醋3ml
  • 浓汤宝1块
  • 咖喱2块
  • 牛奶10ml
  • 面包糠5g

Steps to make 咖喱浓汤火锅

  • 1.鸡胸肉解冻,撕去筋膜,用刀背拍松。
  • 2.放入苹果醋、食盐、老抽、料酒、蚝油、烤肉料和黑胡椒。
  • 3.搅拌均匀后,腌制一晚上。
  • 4.腌制好的鸡肉裹一层面包糠,放入烤盘中。
  • 5.预热烤箱,上下火+热风对流200度25分钟。
  • 6.锅中放入三碗清水。
  • 7.放入一块儿老母鸡口味的家乐浓汤宝。
  • 8.放入两块儿咖喱块。
  • 9.当咖喱块儿都融化后,加入少许的牛奶,锅底就做好了。
  • 10.烤好的鸡胸肉切块儿,准备一些自己喜欢的食材。
  • 11.食材放入锅中煮。
  • 12.准备开吃啦~
  • 13.不需要蘸其他蘸料。
  • 14.滋味很浓郁~
