芝心餐包
家里天天飘着黄油拌面粉的味儿。楼上楼下都知道六楼住着一个爱吃爱玩的厨娘了。不过我觉得做这面包满好,350克的高筋粉,可做15*10(大概)的面包十个左右呢。这样子一个一个早餐配掉,再多下来的带出来三个给牛小子还有乔治还有牛爸当下午的点心。孩子们放学回来,就可以在车上美美享用这份点心了呢。

拿今天的这二款面包来说,绝对的抢手货哦。喜欢的朋友们也可以参考一下哦。不要说面包做起来麻烦,其实抓好好它的醒发规律,比蛋糕,饼干更加的容易做呢。我们可以提早一天揉拌好面团,再放冰箱冷藏(记得不是冷冻),隔天下班吃好晚饭,就可以动手做面包了呢。送上先喜欢的也可以这样子玩一下哦。

Steps to make 芝心餐包

  • 1.备料如图所用材料。
  • 2.将醒发好的面团分切出来,码上一片芝士。
  • 3.再将点心肠及芝士片盖在上面。
  • 4.封好口,并口向下摆放。
  • 5.再加少许的葱花点缀。
  • 6.入温湿入醒发至膨松。
  • 7.再挤上沙拉酱。
  • 8.入烤箱175度,烤制20分钟即可。
  • 9.这样子一份有料有味的早餐芝心包完成了。
