- 3. Cut the sheep heart into large pieces, not too thin.
- 4. Cut the scallions into small pieces, put them in the lamb heart, and mix well with vegetable oil and salt. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
- 5. Put the marinated lamb hearts into a baking tray and place them in a preheated oven. Bake the middle layer at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
