自制哈尔滨风干肠
哈尔滨红肠和风干肠是弛名中外的特产、风味小吃,来哈尔滨的外地人,外国人,都会去买哈尔滨红肠和风干肠,在老字号的名店里,基本都是排队或者蜂拥的景象。我就教大家家庭制作这个的方法,因为也是为了发菜谱才再次做这个风干肠,所以只做了几个,蒸熟后,全被家人吃光了。

    Steps to make 自制哈尔滨风干肠

    • 1.将肠衣在水泡开。
    • 2. 准备适量肥瘦猪肉,绞成猪肉馅。
    • 3.按比例放入风干肠料。
    • 4. 放入盐。
    • 5.放入白糖。
    • 6.放入老抽。
    • 7.放入味精。
    • 8.放入一小瓶盖的白酒。
    • 9.放入适量淀粉。
    • 10.将所有调料搅拌均匀。
    • 11.将肠衣套在灌肠器上(我的灌肠器放在家里了,所以用漏斗代替了)。
    • 12.将肉馅慢慢用筷子塞入肠衣中。
    • 13.将鼓气的地方用牙签扎破。
    • 14. 灌一段打一个结。
    • 15.剪开。(因为我家通风的地方没有可以晾起来的地方,正宗的是要在通风的地方挂起的)。
    • 16.放在通风的地方晾凉一个星期后,上锅蒸20多分钟即可食用。
