  • 干辣椒10g
  • 麻椒15粒
  • 10g
  • 生抽5g
  • 白糖5g
  • 鸡精10ml
  • 料酒2ml
  • 高汤3g

Steps to make 超美味板栗烧鸡块

  • 1.将鸡腿肉去骨去皮,切成2.5cm左右的大块备用
  • 2.锅内坐水煮沸,加葱段、姜片、麻椒,放入切好的鸡块焯煮1分钟左右
  • 3.葱切段、姜蒜切片备用
  • 4.锅内入油烧至5成热,下焯好的鸡块翻炒至表面焦黄捞出,锅内留底油
  • 5.下葱姜蒜、大料、干辣椒、麻椒煸炒出香,倒料酒、胡椒粉、生抽、糖炒匀
  • 6.倒入鸡块翻炒均匀入高汤略淹鸡块,倒少许老抽搅匀,大火煮沸
  • 7.将板栗倒入锅中略微翻炒,盖上锅盖,转小火焖10分钟左右
  • 8.转大火收汁,加盐炒匀,起锅前加鸡精提鲜即可
