长假欢聚过瘾烧烤——烤时蔬

Steps to make 长假欢聚过瘾烧烤——烤时蔬

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料(金针菇、韭菜、香菇、花菜、洋葱、花辣椒、青辣椒、鸡腿)蔬菜可以喜根据自己的喜好添减,我这里用了一个鸡腿,剔骨,切小块,加生抽、料酒、五香粉腌制。
  • 2.将准备好的材料穿起来。(韭菜只要前半部分靠近根的部位,金针菇不用撕的一根一根)。
  • 3.我的量有点大,分了两次烤的,先烤的金针菇和韭菜,烤架放入烤箱中层,烤架下面放一个烤盘,开上火210度烤5分钟。
  • 4.准备一个大盘里面放入辣椒油、花椒油、五香粉、盐。
  • 5.5分钟后取出,两面都刷一层料。
  • 6.刷一层料。
  • 7.刷好料一后,再放入烤箱烤5分钟就可以了,这次放的时候把刚才向上的一面向下,这样两面都可以均匀烤到了。
  • 8.剩下的蔬菜同样,放入烤箱中层,上火210度,烤5钟。
  • 9.逐个都取出刷上一层料,再放入烤5分钟。
  • 10.第二次烤时里面有两串鸡肉彩椒串,5分钟后可以把蔬菜串全部取出来鸡肉彩椒串,再刷上一层料,再烤10分钟即可。
