Steps to make 【炸酱面 花样做】五彩猫耳炸酱面

  • 1.用温水慢慢搅拌面粉成棉絮状,和成面团稍饧,将饧好的面团放在案板上。
  • 2.擀成圆片,切成长条。
  • 3.再切成拇指大小的小片。
  • 4.取一小片,用大拇指压着并向前一推。
  • 5.就是猫耳的做法,将所有的面片做成猫耳面待用。
  • 6.将猫耳面放入滚水锅中煮。
  • 7.将煮熟的猫耳,捞出,过凉装入盘中待用。
  • 8.将泡发好的木耳,香菇清洗干净,切成小片,青椒,小白菜清洗干净切成小片,装入盘中待用。
  • 9.将熟猪肉切成片,胡萝卜清洗干净切成片,葱姜蒜切成末,香菜切末装入盘中待用。
  • 10.热锅放油爆香葱姜末,放入胡萝卜片翻炒均匀,加青椒片,木耳片,香菇片。
  • 11.翻炒均匀,加入熟猪肉片翻炒均匀。
  • 12.加入小白菜片翻炒均匀,加入精盐,五香粉,欣和葱伴侣豆瓣酱。
  • 13.翻炒均匀,加入煮熟的猫耳面。
  • 14.翻炒均匀,最后加入味精调味。
  • 15.出锅,装入盘中撒上香菜末,蒜末即可。
