  • 1.准备所需食材
  • 2.取一锅加水加入一勺食盐烧水
  • 3.豆腐切两厘米左右的方丁
  • 4.豆腐丁放入加了盐的水中煮
  • 5.水开后约再煮两分钟左右关火 ,豆腐丁继续浸泡在盐水里备用,眼见为实豆腐比煮之前更嫩了
  • 6.肉末放少许盐
  • 7.半勺淀粉搅拌顺滑
  • 8.大蒜老姜切末,香葱切葱花
  • 9.取空碗放入一勺淀粉,加入少许蔬之鲜,加入半勺老抽,再加50ml清水搅拌台淀粉溶解备用
  • 10.热锅下油,油温五层放入花椒
  • 11.油温7成热时放入肉末煸炒,肉末炒散炒出油水放入一勺豆瓣酱
  • 12.放入大蒜老姜末
  • 13.放入少许五香粉
  • 14.放入两勺辣椒面和
  • 15.把锅里所有食材炒香,炒出红油色
  • 16.加入150ml清水,从盐水中滤起豆腐丁放入锅里
  • 17.轻轻的用铲子在豆腐底部推动,尽量别翻炒
  • 18.汤汁快干是倒入汁水开小火勾芡
  • 19.汤汁粘稠,汁水不多时可以关火盛盘了,装好盘后豆腐表面撒一勺花椒面,葱花,便可享用
  • 20.简直就是食欲大开的美食
