  • 1.配料切好 我这是两个菜的
  • 2.里脊肉切片 我是让卖肉的直接帮我切的哈哈哈
  • 3.土豆淀粉加水 沉淀半小时倒出上层清水 加入肉片抓匀
  • 4.油烧热 放入肉片 炸
  • 5.炸好的肉片 出锅 再复炸一次 几十秒就可以 我有事情有点着急 就没有复炸
  • 6.调好汁儿 生抽+白醋+盐
  • 7.起锅加少量油,倒入白糖,熬
  • 8.这样加入调好的汁,加少量的水,小火熬
  • 9.加各种丝
  • 10.加入肉片翻炒均匀 快速出锅
