【果酱酸奶布丁】来一杯早春的酸酸甜甜
果酱酸奶布丁,一款简单的春季冷藏式冰品,爱酸奶的人儿肯定爱不释口!

   方子中,我特意放了少许当季非常好买到的鲜果,草莓和蓝莓,你也可以根据自己的

喜好替换成芒果,桑葚等等,它有布丁的Q弹感,有酸奶的润滑,也有鲜果的香甜,想想

都觉得美妙!

   这款冰品也是我家男士的最爱,不怎么爱喝酸奶的人下午都喝了两杯。更可爱的,饭

后窝在沙发看电影,顺带就喝掉了第二天要拍照的…真的,确实很好喝!

   这里的酸奶我选了红枣口味的,这是我家最常喝的,也可以使用原味儿的,味道一样

很棒,只要是普通酸奶都可以!

  • 酸奶300g
  • 果酱(蓝莓)60g
  • 吉利丁片4g

Steps to make 【果酱酸奶布丁】来一杯早春的酸酸甜甜

  • 1.准备原料,草莓洗净切丁备用,吉利丁片凉水泡软
  • 2.牛奶煮至即将沸腾状态,放置5分钟,加入泡软的吉利丁片(凉水浸泡吉利丁片去除腥味)慢慢搅拌使其融合
  • 3.加入酸奶,搅拌
  • 4.加入果酱,搅拌(若果酱较为浓稠可提前捣碎)
  • 5.搅拌好的果酱酸牛奶混合液
  • 6.切碎的鲜果铺在杯底
  • 7.分次将果酱酸牛奶装进杯中,冷藏至凝固即可
  • 8.少许薄荷叶,蓝莓做装饰
