  • 1.鹌鹑蛋放清水冲洗干净表面。

  • 6.剥好的鹌鹑蛋用清水冲洗干净表面残留的蛋壳,放厨房纸上吸干水份。
  • 7.打散打匀两个鹌鹑蛋,将龙须面稍微沾点蛋液,让面条变得柔软些。
  • 8.取一根面条在手上绕几圈。
  • 9.将面条固定再鹌鹑蛋顶端,然后顺着面条圈绕。
  • 10.一根绕完接着绕下一根,将接头处压紧,全部绕好。
  • 11.炸锅放适量食用油烧五成热,放入绕好面条的鹌鹑蛋。
  • 12.炸至表面微黄捞出沥干油。
  • 13.大火再次放入鹌鹑蛋复炸,炸至表面金黄捞出沥干油。
  • 14.摆盘即可。
  • 15.蘸上一点番茄酱味道更好哟!
  • 16.香香的酸酸甜甜的味道。
