Steps to make 松鼠乳酪杏仁饼干

  • 1.黄油和奶油奶酪切小块放盆中,室温软化后加入糖粉打顺滑,不要过分打发。
  • 2.筛入低筋粉和盐,搅拌至没有干粉。
  • 3.面粉分成两份,一份加入6克可可粉拌成光滑面团。放冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 4.面团取出后,擀成片状后用模子刻出形状。

  • 9.等巧克力干后,就可以装入包装袋了。
