又一道开胃菜——番茄烧茄子
番茄烧茄子是我家一到这个季节常吃的一道菜,很是喜欢茄子和西红柿搭配着吃,不只是在口感上好很多,也是非常的开胃,下饭,这次炒这道菜是用的我等了个半个月才到手的不粘锅,非常非常的好使,即使锅底烧黑但用纸一擦就全干净了,等以后有大号的锅子一定要再抢一个回来。。

  • 生抽2勺
  • 白糖一小勺

Steps to make 又一道开胃菜——番茄烧茄子

  • 1.备好材料。
  • 2.茄子用一勺盐腌制15分钟。
  • 3.腌好后去掉多余的水分。
  • 4.番茄切块,蒜切碎,淀粉和水混合形成水淀粉。
  • 5.锅烧热倒入适量的油,下入茄子翻炒。
  • 6.直至茄子煸软。
  • 7.下入番茄。
  • 8.加入老抽,生抽,白糖,盐,蒜末调味。
  • 9.番茄煸软后倒入水淀粉。
  • 10.收汁,出锅。
  • 11.成品。
