    Steps to make 奶泡冰可可

    • 1.取适量可可粉,用热水化开,一定要用热水,冷水易结块。可可粉的用量取决于自己的口味,喜欢带苦味的可以稍微多放一点。完全化开后放冰箱冷藏10分钟(也可以直接加冰块)。
    • 2.全脂牛奶倒入奶泡机。
    • 3.启动常温按键,打出来的奶泡是没有经过加热的。如果是秋冬季节,可以启动加热按键。
    • 4.打奶泡的时候将巧克力融化装入裱花袋。家里没有巧克力酱,只好用此法。
    • 5.3分钟后奶泡机停止运行,奶泡打好了,看着挺绵密的。
    • 6.将奶泡沿着杯壁,慢慢注入装有冰可可的杯子,用勺子将奶泡抚平。
    • 7.挤上巧克力酱。其实这一步可以在表面筛上可可粉,用可可粉凹造型也是非常棒的!
    • 8.用牙签挑出花纹,哎呀手残,好丑!
    • 9.画的好丑,干脆搅和搅和,这样就不那么丑啦!
    • 10.可可粉换成咖啡粉或者绿茶粉,都是不错的选择哦!喜甜的小伙伴可以加糖或蜂蜜。
