自制青团,清明节必吃的清明果
清明时节吃青团原本是江南一带的食俗,如今网络发达,青团已经网红到了大江南北。青团一般是用糯米粉、澄粉一起制成的,再搭配喜欢的馅料,软糯清新,非常的好吃。

  • 麦苗汁100g
  • 零卡糖30g
  • 玫瑰豆沙馅1包
  • 熟鸭蛋黄2个
  • 海苔肉松30g
  • 橄榄油4g

Steps to make 自制青团,清明节必吃的清明果

  • 1.准备好全部食材。
  • 2.咸蛋黄肉松馅:把熟的咸蛋黄碾碎,和肉松混合,加橄榄油拌匀。
  • 3.糯米粉和小麦淀粉倒入厨师机搅拌桶内,低速搅拌。
  • 4.接着倒入零卡糖、白开水,搅打成絮状。
  • 5.然后倒入麦苗汁,搅打成团。
  • 6.面团分成30克/个,保鲜膜覆盖备用。
  • 7.豆沙馅分成25~30克/个,蛋黄肉松馅20~25克/个。
  • 8.面团开窝,包入馅心,收口,搓圆。
  • 9.放入蒸箱,100度12~15分钟。
  • 10.出炉后刷点油,保鲜膜包起来,冷冻保存。
